WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
- Liver metastases from a CEA+ tumor
- Unresectable and failed standard systemic therapy
- Limited extrahepatic disease acceptable
- Good performance status
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE TRIAL?
- To test the safety of regionally infused anti-CEA genetically modified T cells
- To test the feasibility and potential efficacy of intrahepatic immunotherapy
WHAT CAN PATIENTS EXPECT?
- Three percutaneous infusions into the hepatic circulation using a femoral artery approach
- Inpatient observation following the first infusion
- Liver MRI and PET/CT at the start and end of infusion cycle
- No cost to patient
- Assistance with lodging and travel if needed
- Access to cutting edge immunotherapy
